Woodrow Wilson School is located at 287 Prospect Street in Binghamton, New York. The school is set in a quiet neighborhood giving students a safe environment for walking to and from school along with a public park nearby for field trips. The school offers primary education for grades Kindergarten through fifth grade with an 11 to 1 student/teacher ratio.

As with all schools in the Binghamton City School District each school along with all staff strive to provide their students with quality educational programs such as the 100-book challenge and the six traits writing program. Woodrow Wilson School achievement tests have students at or above average of other schools in the state of New York with higher scores than average in English Language Arts for third and fifth grade students, mathematics for third and fifth grade students, and Science for third and fifth, with the fourth grade average with other schools in New York for the last school year.
