In a standards based educational program the goals of William E. Deluca, Jr. Elementary must reflect the commitment toward high expectations and the achievement of mastery of all standards and benchmarks in every domain by all students. These goals must focus on the desired result of improving student performance, positive movement toward mastery, and must be arrived at through an analysis of all the data that is available to the school.
