Stuyvesant High School hopes students graduate will demonstrate the knowledge and attitudes to apply academic and technical skills and critical thinking and problem-solving processes in their personal and vocational lives. School officials, faculty members and support staff are devoted to creating a challenging, rewarding and safe learning environment for all students. Technology innovations have be incorporated into the entire school. Each student should be given the opportunity to develop and achieve knowledge, skills and values to the maximum extent possible. Program provides a broad spectrum to meet the needs and talents of the diverse population. The staff and teachers strive to instill self-esteem, respect for others, and the appreciation of learning. Therefore, the school will foster a learner-centered environment that provides equal educational opportunities for all students.
