Ronald L. Sodoma Elementary School is located at 324 East Avenue Albion, NY and it serves grades PK-5 in Orleans County. At this New York public School the administration, faculty, support staff, non-instructional employees and the Board of Education work as an efficient, incisive unit in creating and nurturing the best possible learning environment for the student. The mission statement of the Ronald L. Literacy is a major focus. The language arts curriculum blends classroom instruction with computer technology. Six Traits plus One, CCC Computer Programs, and the Accelerated Reader program are major components. We also provide reading enrichment and remediation both during and outside of school
The Media Center, with its bank of computers for book searches, research and development of fundamental computer literacy skills, is a central focus
