Ravena Middle School serves the community of Ravena .Ravena is located one mile west of the Hudson River within the Township of Coeymans in the County of Albany. The Village, which was incorporated September 9, 1914, was originally named Coeymans Junction. The parents, school, and community are committed to the right and responsibility for all children to reach their fullest potential by the development of critical thinking skills and problem solving skills through programs which require mastery and encourage attitudes that support life-long learning.
