Primary School number 315 (K315) is located in the Administrative District 22 of Brooklyn and its mission strives to serve the academic needs of students attending PK, 0K, 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 and SE as well as the needs of their parents and surrounding community by envisioning a learning environment that celebrates diversity and combines performing arts with curriculum standards that improve students performance accordingly.

P.S. 315 counts with special programs that include Visual Arts, Dance, Music and Dram, although they also use the Rigby Balanced Literacy program schoolwide, Foss Science program, and Everyday Math Program. Classroom have PCs with Internet access and the extracurricular activities include computer studies, hands-on science, writing, reading and a multicultural-themed band, chorus and strings program.

The school collaborates with arts institutions including the Metropolitan Opera Guild, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Carnegie Hall Link-Up, Jazz at Lincoln Center and Brooklyn College, just to name some.
