About
P.S. 306 aim to prepare each student to earn a living, to contribute as citizens in our country and to pursue life-long learning. The teacher’s objective and commitment is to provide student-centered instruction in a safe environment that incorporates the strengths of each individual child. The school applies three modes of learning: Didactic, Coaching, and Socratic Seminar Didactic mode is the acquisition of organized knowledge through such means as textbooks, lectures, and videos. The School is committed to providing a caring, equitable environment with high expectations for learning. Helping students be responsible citizens with good self esteem and serious thinkers is the utmost goal.
