Primary School number 193 Gil Hodges School attend a student population ranging from grades PK, 0K, 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, to SE with the mission to provide their students with a nurturing and secure atmosphere that contributes to achieve excellence by fostering children to believe in themselves.

The academic staff works cooperatively with parents and other community members to promote a responsible and honest conduct in their students putting together a cross-cultural and multi-ethnic curriculum that also includes extracurricular activities and after-school programs such as fine arts, physical education enrichment, chess, homework helper and other after-school programs for academic remediation.

Children who are educated in fine arts and mental-related capabilities are meant to be happy contributing members of society integrating them into a fine citizenship, hence the school does not sub estimate efforts to promote gifted and talented honors programs, Crafts, Club Hour for specialty areas, and hands-on Science program.
