Penn Yan Elementary School agrees with the same principles set forth by the district as well as the other schools along with providing an education that will aid students in becoming leaders in our democratic society and in their community. Penn Yan Elementary School has a very diverse and comprehensive academic program that provides each student with a strong foundation in the core curricula areas of language arts, mathematics, social studies, and science. The schools physical education, health, music, art, library and technology programs are also an exciting part of each student’s instruction. Critical thinking and problem solving skills are emphasized, and promote excellence and lifelong learning.
