Paul J. Gelinas Junior High School students start to recognize how their contributions to organizations translate into a greater sense of self-worth and the betterment of their school and community. Paul J. Gelinas encourages and supports student’s involvement in school activities and ask parents to join them in their efforts to create a school environment that promotes scholarship, leadership and citizenship. The Paul J. Gelinas staffs hopes are to model professionalism and a love of learning, engage in professional development focused on improving instructional practices, and actively connect with parents and value diversity. Students will develop the skills necessary to be competent, caring, and responsible members of society. Students will display strong moral character, high self-esteem and the self motivation necessary to achieve high levels of academic success with the ability to meet the challenges of the future.
