Paideia School 15 applies early literacy and a strong foundation in basic skills. The staff and teachers of Paideia School 15 work right alongside with parents to provide one of the best teaching experiences for pupils. Teachers are very committed to teaching all the students to prepare them for grade advancements while preserving the ethics and cultural environment every parent expects. A rigorous liberal arts education allows all students to develop the skills necessary to earn a living, think and act critically as responsible citizens, and continue educating themselves as life-long learners.

At Paideia School 15 students and adults alike are both teachers and learners and they use 3 modes of instruction: Didactic, Coaching, and Socratic Seminar Didactic mode is the acquisition of organized knowledge through such means as textbooks, lectures, and videos. All children are provided a foundation for students to reach their maximum potential through comprehensive, exact standards to opportunities to allow children to be independent thinkers, problem solvers, and responsible citizens. There are several educational programs that are being used with the goal of encouraging the growth and development of every student’s personal interests and capabilities.
