Norwich Middle School is located at 89 Midland Drive Norwich, NY. This School provides education for grades 7 through 8 for the community of Norwich, New York in the county of Chenango. Advanced classes are also offered at the Middle School. Some classes result in high school credit. Norwich Middle School also offers remediation in Math, reading, and English for students who need extra support during the school day. There are also special education services available.

Each grade is split into two teams, which allows for teachers to get to know each student on their team. The Middle School operates on an every other day block schedule with some classes lasting for 80 minutes; some non-assessed classes such as Health, Music, Art, and Home and Career Skills run for 40 minutes every day.

Parents, who wish to enroll a new student to Norwich Middle School, must have a withdrawn form the last school attended first. A parent or legal guardian must be present, students cannot enroll by themselves.

They also must live in the Norwich Middle School and must be living with the parent or legal guardian that enrolls them into the school system. Be prepared to bring several identification documents Drivers license, proof of residence, birth certificate, shot records, etc. Students do extremely well in this learning environment that provides small class sizes, positive community support, individual attention, and encouragement which help all students strive for excellence.
