About
New York Center for Autism Charter School is a model program for the New York City public school system, and will serve as a training site for professionals to learn specialized methods for educating students with autism, and to exchange innovative strategies. The School has a challenging and enriching curriculum that supports children in becoming critical thinkers and in obtaining the skills necessary to compete in our world. They believe in diversity and embrace families from all cultures that speak a language other than English. Students at New York Center for Autism Charter School are empowered to affirm others through words, deeds and actions.
