Minetto Elementary School is located at 2411 County Route 8 Minetto, NY and it serves grades K-6 in Oswego County. Minetto School is known for its positive, caring, child-centered environment. Visitors often comment on our friendly, inviting atmosphere provided by students and staff alike. We are a school that works together day in and day out with children at the heart of all initiatives. Committees such as: Character Education Committee, Child Study Team, Safety Committee, School Improvement Committee, Grade Level Meetings, and Family Literacy Committee.

The curriculum coordinator works closely with administration, grade levels, and departments to ensure that curriculum is continually being reviewed, evaluated, and adjusted to meet the needs of students. Additionally, staff analyzes state and local test results as a means of changing curriculum and instruction. The School works with technology integration and activities that provide opportunities for problem solving, students at the high school level they gradually become accountable for their own learning.

Parents are involved in many ways contributing to the success of the school to help guide the school board to ensure all students receive the best education possible while maintaining a social environment for the students to learn and grow into mature upstanding citizens.
