Longwood Junior High School services a broad base of area communities which includes Middle Island, Yaphank, Coram, Gordon Heights, Ridge, North Shirley, and even parts of North Medford, and South Shoreham. Students at Longwood Junior High School learn the importance of good citizenry, recognizing differences, and the importance of caring for others.
