Lincoln High School teaches students in the studies of Business, Finance and Arts in small learning communities. The staff members are all professional performers who also have a strong academic background. Small groups of students are taught by a team of designated core area teachers using interdisciplinary instruction. Their technology occupations center prepares students for employment upon graduation in accounting and business practices; students have the opportunity to earn A+ certification. Business and Manufacturing Center provides instruction in market research, product planning and manufacturing, distribution, pricing, promotion, and robotic operations.

Lincoln High teachers and staff strive to offer an encouraging, nurturing, and enabling learning environment in which the best educational tools and resources are available for all students. Parents are very active in the parent program, which gives them the ability to work alongside teachers and staff to ensure that every child can exceed in their learning experience to grow and develop. Parents are encouraged to participate in the various school programs, thus showing support for education and for their children. Majors in instrumental music, vocal music, stagecraft or visual arts
Professional experiences with renowned visiting artists as well as with performing art centers such as the Manhattan Theater Club, Lincoln Center Institute, and S.U.N.Y.
