About
Hicksville High School has comprehensive academic program designed to meet every student's needs. They provide the necessary resources for students to achieve and excel in academics. In addition, the extra-curricular activities and athletic programs provided ensure numerous opportunities for students to find and develop areas of interest outside of the core curriculum. The school is home to award winning students and staff, on both local and national levels. Teachers maintain a positive school climate in which all students are provided with the knowledge, skills, and work habits necessary for them to achieve successes and become productive citizens of the community and the world around them. At Hicksville High Learning technology applications deepen student’s engagement and improve student achievement by enabling them to access and analyze information, solve problems, collaborate with others, and communicate their thoughts and ideas.
