Harvey C. Fenner Elementary School is located at 2016 East Main Street Falconer, NY. This Elementary school is one of two located in the Falconer Central School District which serves the village of Falconer educating grades 3 through 5th. At Fenner, placement is based on the New York State Exams which are given throughout the school year. The school makes use of Academic Intervention Services which is a state mandated program which provides remedial services to students who have not yet achieved grade level standards in Reading, Math, Science or Social Studies. These services are provided during the school day either in a small group or within their regular classroom setting.

One of the goals at this Elementary School is that each child acquires the skills to find math success throughout their life, so math is used daily. You will find the Harvey C. Fenner Elementary community very active working with all children to provide a foundation for students to reach their maximum potential through a comprehensive, exact standards to opportunities to allow children to be independent thinkers, problem solvers, and responsible citizens.
