The staff development program must be ongoing, and continually focused on helping teachers to integrate technology and utilize technology (including improving teacher productivity and providing new information resources) and helping students to learn with technology (including learning in new and more effective ways). Implementing an effective, ongoing staff development program requires planning and a district level commitment to funding. This funding commitment is really an investment in the future success of the technology vision, for without adequate staff development.

Recognizing the uniqueness of each student, the school staff pledges to foster a desire for educational excellence that will help students achieve their full potential intellectually, physically, socially, morally and culturally. Acknowledging the rapid social, cultural, economical, political and technological changes in American society, the school encourages innovative courses, programs and activities designed to help our students to deal competently with these changes and to prepare them for effective citizenship.

The staff is first-rate. They are knowledgeable, energetic, and committed to the students and their families. The school is very fortunate to have such dedicated staff members who care about each other and each child. You will find this school community very active working with all children to provide a foundation for students to reach their maximum potential through a comprehensive, exact standard to opportunities to empower children to be independent thinkers, problem solvers, and responsible citizens.
