Educational philosophy is to provide a constructive, fostering, and enabling atmosphere for an excellent educational environment for all students. The local community is made up of both friendly and supportive parents that desire a quality education for their children while remaining very active in the Parent Teacher Association strive to ensure that each child can exceed in their learning experience.

In this fast changing world, it is more important than ever that they provide educational opportunities to prepare our students for the future. Teachers are helping all students learn by integrating technology into their classes and focusing on teaching concepts, problem-solving, and real world application.

Staff and Teachers at East Syracuse-Minoa Central High School believe that all students are capable of learning, regardless of their abilities, race, color, national origin or creed, and works to make sure this responsibility is met.
