Davis Elementary School is located at 183 Webster Street Malone, NY. This New York Public School handles the educational needs for the town of Malone New York, located in Franklin County for all grades from PK through 2. Davis Elementary provides a warm and supportive environment for students to start their educational experience. A full curriculum with an emphasis on early intervention ensures that all students have the opportunity to maximize their potential and to prepare for the upper elementary experience.

Pre-Kindergarten offers both full and half-day programs, serving children who will be age-eligible for kindergarten in the following school year. Classrooms contain approximately 15 students, each. They are staffed by certified teachers and full-time teaching assistants. Up to 10% of the students enrolled in the Pre-Kindergarten Program are served by an out source provider – Children’s Corner, also located in the Village of Malone. Enrollment is accommodated on a space available basis.

These classes are full day programs with class sizes ranging between 16 and 21 students, each. Classes are staffed with certified teachers and shared teaching assistants. The curriculum, which is aligned with the NYS Learning Standards, is delivered through a variety of instructional methods, geared to the developmental levels of the children.
