Charter School of Educational Excellence provides excellent education opportunities to students in a safe environment and provides children the maximum chance to become a success. Charter school funding is dictated by the state. In many states, charter schools are funded by transferring per-pupil state aid from the school district where the charter school student resides. The Federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act, Part B, Sections 502 - 511 also authorize funding grants for charter schools. Additionally, charter schools may receive funding from private donors or foundations.

Charter schools provide an alternative for educators, families and communities who are dissatisfied with educational quality and school district bureaucracies at non charter schools. The Charter School of Educational Excellence recognizes students' achievements and talents. The staff knows that modeling respect for ones self and others students will develop an gratitude for differences and will be motivated to capture a true sense of confidence, pride and self-esteem.
