Chancellor Livingston Elementary School is located at 48 Knollwood Road in Rhinebeck, New York. Chancellor Livingston Elementary School is the only elementary school in the Rhinebeck Central School District and provides a quality education for students in kindergarten through 5th grades.

The staff and teachers at Chancellor Livingston Elementary School believe that every child will have an equal opportunity for a quality education and that all children can learn. They also accept all the responsibilities to help develop responsible and caring students. Along with the strong academic program, Chancellor Livingston Elementary School provides several interesting opportunities and enrichment programs for all students. The school believes in working with the whole child to ensure success in all they endeavor. Because of this belief the school provides special school events some of which included artists that taught folk dancing, weaving, and Native American customs, fifth graders raised funds to sponsor the whale watch and wildlife exploration in Cape Cod along with visit to Plymouth, Massachusetts, annual Field Day, choir performances and many elective courses such as cooking, dancing, roller hockey, kayaking and more.

Parent involvement is a big part of Chancellor Livingston Elementary School. Parents participate in Parent Teacher Student Organization along with the Chancellor Livingston School Building Level Planning Team. Both of these wonderful organizations work alongside teachers and the community to ensure every student receive the educational tools and resources needed to achieve success in an ever-changing world.
