Cattaraugus-Little Valley Middle School is located at 25 Franklin Street North Cattaraugus, NY, and provides education to students in grade levels 6th-8th. The Staff of teachers and other community member’s work together to create an atmosphere that is caring and encourages student to become independence and self-reliance. School programs have been established with the intent to help students to achieve academic, personal, and social advancement and success. Cattaraugus-Little Valley Middle School knows that they are responsible for being the bridge for students to make the transition for elementary school in to high school so they work hard in preparing them for this journey.


The school also implements a strategy of interdisciplinary teams for students and Teachers on each team meet on a regular basis to discuss student progress and to coordinate curriculum and long-range goals. Parents and other people around the community are always welcome to stop in and participate in this event or some of the other activities they do throughout the year. Students are learning basic educational skills in math, reading, science, social studies, music, art, and computer. This school sets forth high teaching standards and is well supported by the community.
