Bayville Elementary School has a very devoted staff dedicated to nurturing every aspect of a child's educational development. Bayville is a true community of learners and the teachers, students and families work collaboratively to implement researched based best practices in order to promote academic excellence. Academic programs are enhanced with special area instruction in music, art, library, and physical education. There is an overall commitment to maintaining high academic standards and to encouraging students to develop their own unique talents. It is our goal to continually expand the experience of our students and to teach them to respect their own uniqueness as well as the uniqueness of others.

Classic themes of respect, responsibility, kindness, and cooperation are integrated into all aspects of the Bayville curriculum. Teachers all understand the importance of establishing a climate to learn and a climate where students are able to attain academic success because they are comfortable socially and emotionally in a nurturing environment.
