Bailey Avenue School is located at 50 Bailey Avenue Plattsburgh, NY. The school staff applies excellent teaching methods and standards for student learning, enrollments are for grades K through 2 for residents who live in Clinton County. There is a variety of club programs that are offered by staff and parent leaders, and sponsored by the FSA, after school of four consecutive Wednesdays in January. Clubs that are currently being offered include Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Quilting, Books Cooks, Crafts, Adventure Reading, Dance, Card Games and Seasons. All students in grades kindergarten through two are invited to sign up for a club of their choice and assigned to either their first, second, or third pick, depending on space available.

The staff and teachers strive to create a learning environment that will promote self-esteem, respect for others, and an appreciation of learning to each student. Along with this, the teachers and staff are committed to a high level of professionalism while creating an educational atmosphere with values that support communication.
