Antwerp Primary is one of five primary schools in the Indian River school district. We are located five miles north of Philadelphia, NY on U.S. Route 11. Antwerp Primary is a small primary school with approximately 130 students in grades K-3. Approximately 54% of our students come from Military Families, with the rest of our students residing in the surrounding local area. Since Fort Drum is approximately 17 miles to the south of our school, two buses provide a direct ride for those students. This compensates for the distance since those bus rides are of similar length to those buses that transport students from the local area.

Our curriculum is delivered through the most recent advances in primary level education. This includes the use of a broad range of technologies, a research-based reading program, as well as a wide variety of strategies to accommodate the learning needs of each individual child, whether that is the need of remedial help, or advanced learning opportunities.
