Ulster County is located along the majestic Hudson River and amidst the scenic Catskill Mountains of New York State, Ulster County offers a unique blend of urban amenities in a country environment. This New York public school is governed by the Kingston City School District Board of education composed of nine residents who have been elected by the qualified voters of the Kingston City School District.

The Board is vested with the responsibility of setting education policy and carrying out the mandates of the New York State Education Department. This School agrees with the same principles set forth by the district as well as the other schools along with providing an education that will aid students in becoming leaders in our democratic society and in their community.
