Island Park Schools

Island Park Union Free School District has two buildings and it is one of the smallest districts on Long Island. The district provides students with equal opportunities to achieve academic excellence, social awareness, and physical fitness in a nurturing environment created through collaboration and support of staff and parents in the tradition of Island Park as a caring community. The PTA also promotes friendly relations between parents and teachers to ensure cooperation between home and school and works cooperatively with school staff and the Recreation Department to develop family programs and to solve school-related problems.
