East Ramapo Central School District at Spring Valley is located at 105 South Madison Avenue Spring Valley, NY and serves grades PK-12. Spring Valley was incorporated on July 9, 1902 and today the community has a vision to be the best Village in the state of New York in which to live, work and raise a family. The East Ramapo Central School District, in collaboration with parents, will launch a major initiative to create a stronger parent-school partnership based on open communication and mutual trust. Each school will be responsible for developing a plan of action to achieve this goal.

The East Ramapo Central School District Targeted Prekindergarten Program strives to provide a high quality, enriching, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate educational climate for eligible children in partnership with parents, teachers and community to ensure success for all children. The values that form our foundation allow us to envision a school district that utilizes the richness of its diversity to meet the needs of all students in a global society.
