Bethpage Schools

Bethpage Union Free School District is enhancing learning opportunities with new extracurricular clubs due to the community's strong support of the budget. In 2008 the graduation rate was 99.5% and 98% of the class received Regents Diplomas. The Bethpage Union Free School District will be adding new extracurricular clubs at the elementary schools; a grade 7-12 Astronomy Club; a High School Robotics Club; and an expanded Inclusion Program.

In addition, a new K-5 English Language Arts textbook series, as well as secondary Algebra textbooks, have been purchased for the students. There are additional vocational and cultural courses available to residents of the Bethpage School District and surrounding communities through the Bethpage Adult Continuing Education Program. A strong PTA works to promote the welfare of children with advice, guidance, and instruction.
