Woods Road Elementary School is always seen working together. These committees involve us in areas that include: differentiated instruction; literacy profile; using technology in the classroom; instructional strategy planning; and behavior management; just to mention some. They have added organized analysis of children's individual needs, attained through teacher assessments, teacher observations, literacy profiles, and standardized tests, which enables us to key into every child's specific areas of strength and weakness. Woods Road’s integrated approach to learning is giving students the best chance to do reach their highest possible levels of learning. Teachers work to employ instructional strategies that involve children in whole group, small group, and individual activities. Staff, teachers, parents, and the community strive to provide the best in educational tools along with a caring staff.
