Willits Elementary School Teachers are very committed to teaching these young minds and prepare them for grade advancements while preserving the ethics and cultural environment every parent expects. The students are involved in inquiry within a structured math, science and technology program geared to fostering critical thinking and problem solving. The Willits Elementary staff has a personal interest in developing students’ independent and creative thought, willingness to accept intellectual risks and challenges, forming superior work habits and cooperative, positive approaches to learning. While these attributes cannot always be precisely measured and adjusted, Teachers honor them and work energetically to foster their development.
