William E. Deluca, Jr. Elementary School continues to be dedicated to providing the very best education for their students. They hold themselves and their students to high standards and continue to strive for improvement. Their past success and future accomplishments are brought about and will be brought about, through the efforts and collaborations of the dedicated, professional staff, their hard working and positively focused Para-professional and support staff, and thorough involved parent body. In a standards based educational program the goals of William E. Deluca, Jr. Elementary must reflect the commitment toward high expectations and the achievement of mastery of all standards and benchmarks in every domain by all students. These goals must focus on the desired result of improving student performance, positive movement toward mastery, and must be arrived at through an analysis of all the data that is available to the school. This analysis will lead to the identification of the strengths and weaknesses of both student achievement and program accomplishments or non-accomplishments as the case may be.
