Westmere Elementary School physical education department focuses on the importance of fitness and the development of a healthful lifestyle. Fundamental learning skills are the focus Reading, Math, and English Language Arts are at the top of the basic skills. The staff and teachers work right along with parents to provide one of the best teaching experiences for pupils. Teachers intend to educate all of the students to be problem solvers, able to access and use information, make decisions in an information-rich environment, and communicate effectively as they live and work successfully in our global society.
