West Middle Island School has strong PTA support with target goals to promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, community, and place of worship. They work to develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, social, and spiritual education. Program provides a broad spectrum to meet the needs and talents of the diverse population. The staff and teachers strive to instill self-esteem, respect for others, and the appreciation of learning.
