Urban Peace Academy activities include video production workshops, fine arts program, peer mediation/conflict resolution and student government. Their school debate team participates in NYC competitions. Educational programs engage students in a safe and supportive learning environment. Students have opportunities to participate in a wide range of extracurricular activities, including sports, music, and clubs and activities. The music program incorporates reading skills, history, and performance for meeting the standards in music.
