Tupper Lake Middle-High School is located at 25 Chaney Avenue in Tupper Lake, New York. The school provides an exceptional education for students in seventh through 12th grades.

Since students attend the same school for the middle level and the high school level the transitional period is felt much less, than it is in other school systems that offer separate facilities.
