Thomas R. Proctor High School is located at1203 Hilton Avenue Utica, NY providing education for grades 9-12. The school creates conditions for success academically, socially, emotionally, physically, & aesthetically. Teaching and learning are the shared responsibilities of home, school & community. The mission is to assure comprehensive learning for all so that each person will be a lifelong learner.”

Educational technology applications will deepen student engagement and improve student achievement by enabling them to access and analyze information, solve problems, collaborate with others, and communicate their thoughts and ideas. Effective use of learning technologies will allow students to become self-directed, self-motivated, and lifelong learners. Teachers increasingly will be facilitators of student learning through proficient use of learning technologies.

The educational programs provide a wide range of challenges in various subjects to meet the needs and talents of the student population including the basic educational needs of Math, English Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies. The staff and teachers strive to create a learning environment that will promote self worth, respect for others, and the appreciation of learning.
