Terryville Road School teachers feel it is a privilege to teach at this School and keep to the goals and ideas to help students to become a life-long learner who is literate, confident, caring and self-motivated. They know it can be accomplish by close collaboration with parents and community by providing a competent, enthusiastic staff who presents a challenging curriculum in a safe, nurturing environment. PTA supports with target goals to promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school and the community. Terryville Road desires students to be safe, engaging environment that values all members of the community and encourages them to pursue their full potential as life-long learners and respectful citizens. Every effort to incorporate literacy learning in all areas of learning: social studies, science, math, health, physical education, and the arts. Parents like the fact the school have average classrooms, caring, dedicated teachers, and the desire of the school for parent involvement. Parents are welcome to visit anytime to observe or help in the classroom.
