South Avenue Magnet Elementary School is located at 60 South Avenue Beacon, NY. This school is part of the Beacon City School District and the Board of Education is the official policy-making body for this school. The school attends to the educational needs for grades K through 5 in Dutchess County and educates through quality programs and support services which promote the intellectual, physical and cultural well-being. At South Avenue School students receive not only smaller classrooms but also more one on one personal attention when required from teachers and staff that understands the desire to learn begins in elementary school.
