Students will develop responsible and motivated life-long learners, in a safe a stimulating environment. Through efforts of the community, staff, and teachers Shaker Junior High School strive to provide a safe and secure learning environment for every student, so they can achieve the best education possible.

Shaker Junior High School works along side with the same beliefs of the district in that everyone learns in different ways and at different rates, high expectations help create results, achievement motivates self confidence, laughter and a sense of humor enhances learning, learning is lifelong, diversity is an asset, along with a safe, secure and welcoming environment promotes learning.
