Setauket Elementary School educational programs and services are designed to meet the varying needs of all students and will not discriminate against any individual for reasons of race, creed, color, gender, national origin, economic status or handicap. Teachers work to ensure early literacy and language arts skills of the youngest students, ensuring their ability to read, write and think critically in all curricular areas including math, science, social studies, art, music, library skills, and physical education. The teachers work as a team to be to ensure that every child reaches their full learning potential and academic success in all areas. Setauket Elementary School continues to reach out to parents, provide workshops that will help them familiarize themselves with the curriculum and involve them in the learning process.
