School 4 is located at 752 Central Avenue Dunkirk, NY. This elementary school resides in the county of Chautauqua which offers education for grades k-5. It services the needs of the Dunkirk community, and it is one of the four elementary schools in the Dunkirk City School District. Diverse cultures and religions attend School 4 and teachers are very committed to teaching and preparing students for grade advancements while preserving the ethics and cultural environment every parent expects.
The curriculum coordinator works closely with administration, grade levels, and departments to ensure that curriculum is continually being reviewed, evaluated, and adjusted to meet the needs of students. Additionally, staff analyzes state and local test results as a means of changing curriculum and instruction.
