Salamanca High School Salamanca is located at 50 Iroquois Drive Salamanca, NY. Education is provided for grades 9th through 12th for the community of Salamanca in Cattaraugus County. Salamanca is located in a busy section of the Southern Tier, just 60 miles south of Buffalo, 35 miles east of Jamestown, 22 miles west of Olean, and 20 miles north of Bradford, Pennsylvania. Students can select from so many different courses taught in the school. Courses are organized into the areas of English, math, social studies, science, languages, fine and practical arts, technology, and computers.
There is a variety of Student Athletics programs, in the fall its, Football, Volleyball, Swimming, Soccer, and Tennis. Winter season sports include Basketball, Wrestling, and Bowling. Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Golf, and Track are played in the spring time. The priority at Salamanca High School is to create opportunities for you to meet the standards for graduation and to be successful in life. We hope that you have a positive learning experience and that you will take advantage of the many different experiences offered to our students. Salamanca High School encourages all students to work hard and become an honor roll student. To achieve this honor all students must have an average grade of 84.5 to 89.
