Riverhead Middle School faculty and staff works cooperatively to create an education environment in which all students have the opportunity to experience success in all aspects of their school life. The school considers parents to be partners with them in the education of their students. Their technology plan is based on the belief that a well-designed computer-based technology curriculum will encourage learning and benefit all disciplines. The heart of the Technology Plan focuses on teacher training, curriculum design, instruction, expansion, communication, student data management, and parent and community involvement. There are several different cultures and religions attending Riverhead Middle School so it has a very diverse background of students. Teachers are very committed to teaching and preparing students for grade advancements while preserving the ethics and cultural environment every parent expects
