P.S. 73 Bronx School uses a variety of intellectual skills to demonstrate their understanding of major ideas, eras, themes, developments, and turning points in world history and examine the broad sweep of history from a variety of perspectives. Teachers have a passionate tradition for nurturing strong relationships with families and giving all children a quality education. P.S. 73 know that it’s the partnership between staff, parents, and the community that enable the vision to become reality. This Elementary School has above average teaching results that exceed similar schools. Teachers work to bring into closer relation the home and the school, where parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth. They act as a bridge between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, social, and spiritual education.
