P.S. 242 is located at 29-66 137 Street Flushing, NY and it provides for education for grades K-3 in Queens County. Effective instruction is a shared activity for the school to be successful, faculty must participate in the school-decision making process not only in the areas of instructional program design, curriculum development, and materials selection but also in peer selection, support, and evaluation. Individuals have different needs and talents and achieve at different rates.
