P.S. 24 Spuyten Duyvil School works to create a society in which their children will accomplish the skills and self-confidence required to become well-built leaders, life-long learners, and responsible, compassionate contributors to the community. At P.S. 24 School students are instructed using thematic units taught within the Core Knowledge philosophy. The staffs hopes are to model professionalism and a love of learning, engage in professional development focused on improving instructional practices, and actively connect with parents and value diversity. Students will develop the skills necessary to be competent, caring, and responsible members of society.
