P.S. 23-The New Children's School student’s behavior, work habits and attitudes are reinforced with parental cooperation and involvement will be fostered through open communication while achieving and complying with district initiatives. They aim to develop inquiring, caring, confident, principled and academically successful students who will become contributors in the creation of a better school, home, neighborhood and global community. Every student will be given the opportunity to maximize his or her ability to learn. P.S. 23-The New Children's School teachers understand the key to success in education is through cooperation with others including parents, teachers and community citizens.
